By Agreeing to this Agreement, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth below.

1. Service Provided

• OVIN will provide the service of transplanting the existing chip from the Customer’s original debit/credit card to a new, stylish metal card. This service is solely for cosmetic purposes and does not alter or affect the functionality of the Customer’s original card.

• The metal card will maintain the same functionality as the original card for transactions, access to banking services, and use at point-of-sale terminals, ATMs, and online services, as provided by the original bank or financial institution.

2. No Affiliation with Banks or Financial Institutions

• Acknowledgment of Independent Service: The Customer understands and acknowledges that OVIN is an independent service provider and is not affiliated, endorsed, or partnered with any bank, credit union, financial institution, or card issuer. We are not responsible for the financial services or transactions associated with the original debit/credit card.

• Card Issuer: The original bank or financial institution that issued the debit/credit card remains responsible for all banking services, transactions, fees, and policies associated with the card. The new metal card is a customized physical design and does not alter the underlying bank account or card services.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Card Ownership and Condition: The Customer confirms that they are the legal owner of the card provided for transformation and that the card is in good, working condition. The Customer acknowledges that any damage or malfunctions with the card prior to or after transformation will not be the responsibility of OVIN.

• Consent for Transformation: The Customer consents to the transplantation of the chip from their original card to a new metal card. The Customer understands that the original card may be returned to them in its modified form or retained for security purposes, as outlined in our company policies.

4. Privacy and Security

• Data Protection: OVIN is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the Customer’s personal information. Any data shared with us for the purposes of this service will be used solely for the card transformation process. We do not store or retain any sensitive financial information beyond the duration necessary to complete the service.

• Card Handling: OVIN will handle all cards and personal data with the utmost care. We implement high security protocols to safeguard the card and its chip during the transformation process.

5. Fees and Payments

• Service Fees: The Customer agrees to pay the fees associated with the card transformation service, as detailed on the OVIN website or in any communication provided prior to payment. Fees must be paid in full before the service is completed, unless otherwise agreed.

• Non-Refundable: Once the transformation process has started or the metal card has been shipped to the Customer, the service fee is non-refundable.

6. Termination of Service

• Right to Refuse Service: OVIN reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where the Customer’s original card is deemed ineligible for transformation due to damage, legal restrictions, or other issues identified during processing.

• Termination by Customer: The Customer may cancel the service at any time before the start of the transformation process. After the process has started, no refunds will be provided.
